Ellie is the absolute best! I have been traumatized by many bad haircuts in the past, and Ellie did not let me down. I showed her lots of pictures and explained to her what I wanted, and she gave me exactly what I asked for. I couldn’t recommend this place (and Ellie) enough, especially for queer folks! ??

Melissa is an angel! She transformed my hair and I get constant compliments. I had major anxiety when I met her because I’ve had so many tough hair salon experiences in the past. She was very validating of my fears but also made great recommendations. She was kind but realistic!!! I love my hair and will be back!

Ellie was wonderful. She made sure I was comfortable the entirety of the appointment. She educated me well on my hair type/porosity, how to prioritize my products, and answered all my questions without leaving any confusion. The curly style came out wonderfully. Golden Soul is lucky to have her. Also, the front desk individual (sorry not good with names) was very friendly, helpful, and welcoming as well. Cheers!
