On a scale of 1-5, I rate them 100!! 💯 Amazing! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I lost my only pair of glasses last weekend—truth be told the lens was scratched and I badly needed a new pair! Because of a busy time with my talent/recruiting strategy work and a book I’m finishing up, I have been over-wearing my contacts this last week. I got worked in at Heart of Texas Eye Institute and Dr Lara Dudek (who is phenomenal btw,) recommended Belterra Eyecare and thought maybe they could do same-day glasses. I knew I had to get glasses today because I can’t even see the E clearly on the chart! I picked out 2 pairs of glasses and 1 pair of sunglasses with everyone’s help. I was in some pain, needed to make quick decisions (but find cute glasses for my face shape 💁♀️) and get home to a dark room to rest my eye. 😴 🛌 Enala took the BEST care of me and honestly the front desk ladies (who I forgot to get their names—sorry!) were so lovely too! When I asked if I could get 1 pair of the glasses rushed and done today (2 hours before closing at 4pm, mind you!), Enala didn’t even hesitate to say she could do it for me so I could see. My friend Kerry picked them up just before 4pm and I can see!! 🙌❤️ 👁🤓 Enala, Wowsers, it’s rare to have this level of empathy, knowledge and kindness when making a purchase from a business.
