Dr. Vo is one of the best optometrists in Austin. I've been going to Dr. Vo for contacts and glasses for over twenty years (way before she opened the William Cannon location). She has the latest state of the art equipment for retina scans and everything needed to make sure my eyes are healthy. At this point in my life (mainly due to my dry eyes), I opt to only wear glasses, and she always ensures that my prescription is accurate. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and Carlos is extremely knowledgeable about all the latest types of lenses and clearly explains the differences and calculates prices so I can make an informed decision. Very professional and efficient. Has all kinds of modern machines.I also bought glasses here, and they were a bit more expensive, but when they were damaged, their warranty covered full replacement.A shout out to Carlos, their eyeglass specialist, who dealt with all kinds of issues with the eyeglass manufacturer. He was proactive and persistent in dealing with them, to provide the easiest and most number of options possible.

I've been wearing glasses for almost 8 years and I will never get my glasses anywhere else. I usually buy my glasses online because I don't like crowded areas and it feels like these places always rush you but I got a completely different experience here. I don't remember names but the gentleman who helped me order my glasses was very helpful and polite.
