A huge thank you to Austex Tree Service for the quick, courteous, and careful service. If you're in the Austin area, I can't recommend them enough. They took care of a giant mess in an amazingly short time.
Our elm tree lost a major branch right on top of both our vehicles and our neighbor's truck. Mr. Hawkins, the owner, was extremely kind on the phone when I first called him and was still panicked and had no idea how we should proceed. He talked me through it and was here with an estimate the same day. He sent a crew over to remove the massive branch and free all three vehicles within hours of our insurance giving us the go-ahead.
They did an excellent job clearing 20+ years of brush and trees around a house on a few hilly acres. It took a couple of days but the results were amazing and helped quickly sell it. They were quick to respond and communicated via text with pictures. They also did a smaller job replacing a dead tree at another house which made the front yard look a lot better.
