This is the most incredible group of people. I was searching for Qigong when I found Gene, and I feel so lucky. Take advantage of the free classes he offers to new people and you’ll be amazed in what you’re going to learn about yourself and how you handle and move in your surroundings.

I’ve been training with Gene since 2005. He’s the real deal and an excellent instructor. He is dedicated to continually improving his own skills, and is very open and honest about his perspective and experiences. Classes are informal and friendly, and newcomers are very welcome!

A very different and practical martial art taught by one of the best. Systema is something you can do at any stage of your life. It is all about breathing, movement, awareness, connection and function. Good for the body and the mind. And the Tai Chi instruction is exceptional. Very traditional in some respects, but also taught with an eye toward practicality. I highly recommend this school to anybody. Experienced or inexperienced. Young or old. Calm or anxious. Strong or weak. It will change your life!
