I was late to appt, by mistiming my travel time & construction. I was late to an appt I’ve been waiting on for 3 months. Front desk said you’re late but would check. Dr said he’d see me. Nurse came out and said we’re going to go thru this fast & get everything covered. I apologized & thanked her. Then Dr Meuse came in, he said we’re going to go thru this fast but cover everything, & not inconvenience the next patient. I apologized & thanked him. We covered everything. Great service by Dr Meuse, His Nurse, the front desk at ARC Four Points were great. Thank you.
I had a great experience - from the front desk staff, the lab staff - especially Dr. Andino and her staff. An anxious situation for me was dealt with kindness and patience. Highly recommend.
Britney in the lab department was amazing!!! I have a severe case of fainting with blood. Anytime I’ve ever had blood drawn in my life or seen my own blood I’ve passed out. It’s a very uncomfortable experience. I was really anxious about getting my bloodwork done. So much so that it was getting in the way of me getting routine healthcare. I sucked it up and went in and had the best experience. I didn’t feel a thing!!! It was over so fast and did it in one attempt! No fainting. Britney, thank you!! You’re the best ever! I will only go here and see her from now on.
