I had a good experience establishing care with Dr. Bastian. It had been a while since I had a provider. He was very thorough and made sure to check if I was up to date on all my annual check-ups like gynecological exams, etc. He gave me referrals that I needed. He was concerned about my low vitamin D level. He ordered my blood work which I will be getting done with BetterWay so I can get my results without a needle stuck in my vein. The rest of the ARC team was very friendly!
Update 9/3/24: I feel frustrated I asked the doctor and team to order my bloodwork with BetterWay. I wanted try out a different lab but no one has provided the physician lab order.... read full review
I had an overall great appointment today and all the questions were answered. My issues that I had going on with my health were also taken care of. Dr.Dwyer is an excellent doctor!? ?? ? ? ? ❤️
Everyone in my family has at least 1 doctor at this ARC. All doctors and medical assistants have been fantastic. It's everything else that really could use a dose of humanity. The scheduling people and the front desk ladies seem like they don't care about you. The phone scheduling was better than in person at the office. Those ladies are the face of ARC here in Bastrop, and every time I go I feel like they don't care, I am bothering them somehow and in general do not have basic customer service skills. But as I want to re state, the doctors and actual medical team are fantastic. So happy with my families health care at ARC so far. Just really wish I could... read full review
