I didn't catch your names but I came in late this afternoon for an H. Pylori test on the lab side and you may have worked some magic because I received my results this evening. Dr. Hartman and his assistant were fabulous! I recommend him. The problem is tolerating the rude front desk staff. But, if you can deal with that and get to Dr. Hartman you will be satisfied with his care.
The app is easy to use once set up but if going in as new patient the calls take a long time on hold to answer or when transfer. Staff were great and super helpful once answered and in the visit. Lots of patients go there it appears and probably the reason for time delay on phone. Thanks for great service.
