From my initial search on Google to an on time Concierge appointment, I was very impressed with Austin Rapid Test. They communicated well and were understanding of the importance of the test and a prompt result needed for a quick travel turnaround.

It was a great, I didn't know there was an option for the staff to come to me to get the rapid test done. That was so convenient for me. The person that came was very nice and knowledgeable. Thank you again! ?

We were flying internationally from the US on December 26th and the country that we were flying to changed it's policy on the 23rd. The new policy said that we had to get a negative COVID test before entering our destination country. You can imagine our frustration when hearing about this the week of Christmas. We were visiting a big city but all the pharmacy testing sites were booked solid. Austin Rapid Test was the only company we were able to get an appointment for on the 26th. It was pricy don't get me wrong, but the tester met us at our hotel and was very nice. We got our results quicker than expected as well. This was also on a Sunday! They were a life saver.
