My husband went for 6 months of pain, testing and er visit. Outcome- he only needed an antibiotic for stomach ulcers, the last thing Dr Lubin tried. Call backs from nurses were slow and for results sometimes never.
I have been trying to get my medical records transferred to my new doctor (another city) for about three months. After multiple calls and promises to transfer the records, it still has not happened. This office shows total incompetence. I'm so glad to not ever have to deal with this office again. It's a shame, because I really like Dr. Lubin a lot. It's the administrative staff that have always been a problem, going back many years. It's only worse than ever now.
Great until they stopped returning phone calls. I've spent weeks trying to get ahold of someone, leaving messages both for the physicians nurse and the appointment line. Now on week 4 and hospitalization #2, still no response.
