Gustavo came to help us with our immobilized vehicle. He was patient, courteous and extremely helpful - the qualities that define service. He waited for almost an hour before we had the issue resolved. It was cold and windy, but, it was no deterrent for Gustavo. Drivers need to calm down on the road. Switching lanes like they’re driving a Corolla. Black/purple tow truck needs to be aware of the type of truck they’re driving and the damage they can do. Especially driving through a work zone. I’m sure they’re great which is why I won’t mess up your rating with one star.
