I have never left a review on Facebook before but I want to call out the great service TTA provided! I contacted them this spring, and I am so glad I did! From the start, the consultation and communication with Travis throughout the process was great, and I really appreciate all of the time he spent with me. I also communicated via email with Andrew a lot with scheduling. The team that came out removed 1 tree (great crew) + stump removal / grinding (Alex was quick), planted 4 new trees (great crew), and pruned another in our yard (Gabe was super nice, easy to work with). After the planting, I had a few questions about our trees and they had Alex come out who answered all of my questions as well. I highly recommend working with them! There are “bigger, more corporate companies” in Austin but I’d rather go with a local company any day with such knowledge. Thanks everyone for your help this spring!
After the ice storm a very large limb broke from the heritage oak tree that stands in the middle of my driveway and fell on my roof over the garage. I contacted Andrew of Tree Amigos and he came out the very next morning. That afternoon his crew arrived and worked very carefully for about five hours and succeeded in removing the limb from my rooftop. They did an exemplary job in cleaning up and even cut the limb into fireplace size for no additional charge. Andrew is a professional arborist and was extremely pleasant to deal with and I considered his fee to be reasonable. I highly recommend him and his company and I will certainly use them again when I’m ready for more tree maintenance. ltgolding
Several large branches fell around my house during the snowpocolypse in Austin and while there was still Snow on the ground, Less than 24 hours after we called, a team of experienced tree trimmers took branches off my roof and car and my neighbors car port. They did a lot of work in a short period of time and were very affordable. They were also friendly and very clear about what they charged and what I should expect. I highly recommend them. They did a fantastic job.
