Was just using as a backup cause I needed a fill before my trip, first thing I noticed was the uncleanliness of the chairs in waiting area, then when got into the stylists room, the dust and debris near floor and under table. Very glad they offer half off for new clients because I would not have been happy painful price here. Application was sloppy, tech used my forehead as a holder for lashes…ewww. Never returning. Find private stylists, you’ll pay less and get beautiful work. This place is crappy.
I love to get my lashes eveytime here at this location. Julie is the best! She has amazing skills and always knows exactly what I’m looking for. She is so kind and professional. I love my lashes every single time I see her. I would 10/10 recommend getting a lash membership, it’s so worth it. ???
The ladies here and management have been very kind, but I had 1 “negative” experience in the past which was addressed by management. The salon is clean and as long as you make sure you’re with a lash stylist who meshes well with your personality. I’ve appreciated the service and care I’ve received. I was really upset last year after I had a bad experience with only 1 person, but it may have just been an off day for her. Overall the experience has been positive otherwise, and minus only the one time I have always enjoyed the experience I’ve received and the friendly people behind the scenes.
