Alamo Austin sent a tech (Austin!) right away when my mini split was putting out black bits. Very alarming. But it turns out the unit was *very* dirty. (The screens were clean, this was deeper) Austin cleaned it all out and tested it. Running perfectly now. I bought the reasonably priced yearly maintenance package and will be sure to have them back in the Spring. Won’t let it get that bad again! Five stars for sure!

Austin repaired our furnace on the same day after having to leave and come back with a part. He was on time, very friendly and easygoing, knowledgeable, and quick. He gave our dog a nice scratching session, too! We were so impressed that we purchased a maintenance agreement.

I highly recommend Alamo Austin Air Conditioning & Heating to all residents in the Central Texas area. We have had great experiences though the process. Matt is amazing at his job.
