They send you emails which lists facilities (sorting, distribution, post office, “in transit”, whatever), but never mentions city or even state. My shipment showed in transit for days, then reach a sorting facility. No indication whether it’s the Dallas, New York, or Hong Kong, China sorting facility. Simply add the city as an informative data point, please.
