Have seen Dr Shigley for years, mostly for injuries from overexertion or athletics; I've seen several chiropractors in the past, and what I appreciate about her approach is the combination of chiropractic and physical therapy that she recommends. Usually 1-2 visits and I'm back to where I should be. The "homework" she gives is important and useful and let's me work on recovering from an injury at home.

The staff here is amazing and since chiro + massage is part of the offering, you get insurance coverage for the massage, which is such an important part of the care you need.Dr. Shigley is fantastic - very knowledgeable and personable and goes out of her way to help people. Francis is a top notch massage therapist.I finally have hope after a long time that my chronic injury will get better as I'm starting to see improvements.
