The prices have been very reasonable and estimates were provided up front. Pierre was available via text for scheduling and the response was timely. We will definitely use them again.
The pilot light in the water heater of our rental went out and the tenant told us that he was unable to get it started again. I called Pierre to come out and repair it. He drove 1 hour and managed to get it started again. I asked him what I owed for the service call. He said nothing. I was shocked after expecting to pay plenty for this.
