They did the roof on my Imagine 23BHE and it was all above and beyond work. Explained the details. Answered 100 questions. Did some extras for the details that I wasn’t expecting and NAILED it. I drove an hour and a half one way but would have done 12 hours. Go to these guys for all things!
I’ve owned 6 motorhomes . Purchased my first new unit in 2021. We have had continuous problems with the original equipment Schwintec slides. After one failure after another decided to go with the V-Room slides. Very happy with the quality and Patriot RV Installation. The entire staff at Patriot was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were traveling with our Motorhome staying just outside of Dallas had some strong wind and it broke a spring in our slide out cover I found Patriots on the net that morning I drove over and told them what was going on they said they would check if they had any and give me a call about an hour later they called and said they had some that would work if could bring it over the next morning they would see what they could do when I got there they checked it out and found that the ones they had would work about 1 1/2 hours later I was on the road again needless to say I was very happy because we were leaving the following day to continue our trip I can not say enough about these guys they fit me in and got us going again great group of people here if you are ever near Crossroads to and need something repaired I would highly recommend going to these people they are amazing
