The owners of this gym, Mike and Becky, and the most genuine people around! They are both highly knowledgeable, qualified, and excellent trainers! I have worked out with a handful of trainers in the past, but have not found anyone more professional and personable than Becky and Mike! They always show up to my sessions on time with a tough workout prepared. Cannot recommend them enough! They know their stuff!

Becky has greatly helped me be the fittest and healthiest I have ever been. I started at 300 when I was 18, now a year later I am 280, I know it doesn't sound like a lot but to me, this means I can do things I couldn't before with ease. For example, I can go up and down stairs without getting out of breath, jog, and so much more. This gym is the best thing that has happened to me.
