Cory with Sailor’s Air & Plumbing went above and beyond for us. We recently purchased our ranch home, something we have dreamed about for many years, and we discovered that our older HVAC units—installed around 2009 and 2004—were not working properly.
Before calling Sailor’s, another AC company told us we needed to replace both systems immediately. Their quote was about $32,000: approximately $20,000 for the main unit and $12,000 for the upstairs media-room unit. Addison, the tech who serviced our system yesterday was very competent, very polite, very professional, and like anyone else who’s come out from Sailors in the past two years, they’ve all been the same; very great people and a great company to do business with.

Excellent service. Steven did an excellent job repairing my AC unit and explaining in details what needed to be serviced. He did recommend other services, but he wasn't pushing them on me or being aggressive about it. He simply mentioned them as options and went on his day when I declined them. I called around 7:30 am and by 10 am my AC unit was fixed
