Top Notch Heating & Air is a highly recommended, family-owned and locally operated business. Customers couldn't be happier with the service, describing the team as professional, friendly, and skilled. They are known for their great customer service, handling business easy and quick, with service calls handled quickly and efficiently. The crew is knowledgeable and dependable, and the bilingual team is a plus. One customer was saved from getting a whole new system after another company said it was needed; Top Notch found it was a simple capacitor and a few burnt wires. Technicians take the time to explain everything in a way that makes sense and don’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. The company is honest, reliable, and ready to provide excellent HVAC services for all residential and commercial needs in the East Texas area.
I enjoyed working with Jose and Mat today. They were very helpful and professional. The work area was kept clean. They also did teaching as well as answered questions. They explained the cause and effect as well as needed prevention of damage from my dog. I was kept in the loop on this job. I elected to go with the HVAC Maintenance Membership for future care offered by Top Notch Heating and Air. Will continue to enjoy working with this company. Mary G
Couldn't be happier with the service from Top Notch Heating & Air! Called early afternoon and Jonathan was here by 5:15. Very professional and friendly service, and he got us up and running in no time. We'll be signing up for their HVAC Maintenance Membership asap, and recommending Top Notch every chance we get!
Really good company that saved me from getting a whole new system. Called another company to get my ac fixed and they told me I needed a whole new system cause it was 10+ years old so I called top notch to get a second opinion and found out that it was a simple capacitor and a few burnt wires very appreciate for them to get me up and going 100% would recommend
