SMS has always done a great job for us over the years. Both on our multi-office, 15 person business systems and database maintenance and our personal home networks, workstations and laptops. SMS has never failed us yet with any tech issue.
Windows crashed on my desktop Friday night and wouldn’t boot up because of storage space and possible BIOS issues. Brought it to SMS first thing Saturday morning and he had it up and running with a 3rd hard drive and fresh install along with saving most of my files within 4 hours. Superior service and very timely at a reasonable price. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He will be my go to tech support from here on out. Much appreciated!
I came in with an odd request regarding the power supply of my gaming console. Even though they do not work on gaming consoles, they did agree to look at it. The 4 pin wire connector broke on my power supply and I had difficulty in trying to remove it. I know had I tried to remove it, I would have ruined the soldered connection on the power supply. The nice gentleman took his pliers and was able to remove my cable without damaging my power supply. Super nice people to have in our small town!
