I absolutely love the experience with Sears & Brent C. He arrived at the time he said he would & was very thorough in what he needed to do. I would rate higher if I could AND I would use Sears repair services on all my household repair needs if I could. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

He did a very thorough check of the machine and could not find anything that caused the water all over the floor. Recommended that I wash another load and see if it happened again. He has been here before and he is very good.

Raymond was very professional yet friendly and interactive. He fixed the issue quickly. My husband and I enjoyed meeting him and give him 4 thumbs up. We need more people like Raymond in this world.
