In a world full of greed and overly complicated issues. I wish there were more businesses ran like this one. They don't have no hidden cost or extra mark up. They care about the people coming in and understand that the people have an issue that need to be addressed.... Notice I didn't say customer patient I genuinely believe that the staff here sees every person that walks in as a person as a human being with issues and needs that need to be resolved before they leave and I've read some of the bad reports here and I'm noticed that the ones that I've seen is because people didn't make payments on their payment plans. I am fairly new to Athens and changed insurances and needed a good dentist. And I saw some reviews on Dr Roberts and said that he wasn't very friendly. I find that quite the opposite the whole staff including Dr Roberts was extremely compassionate with the other patients as well as me. I also contacted my insurance agent and told him that if he needed to recommend anybody that and I recommended Dr Roberts and he is going to call the insurance company that I have and tell them what a wonderful job he's done. Thank you again for the care that I received and I'll see you at the next visit

I have had a lot of experience with dentists some good others not so, Dr Roberts rates extremely high on my scale of dentists I would highly recommend. His demeanor was wonderful. Not once did I feel rushed or just another patient. He allowed me the time and curtiesies I needed to know I was in good hands. I found him to be honest and sincere in the dental plan he proposed for me. Thank you Dr. Roberts for reestablising my trust in dentists.
