I took my sister to the doctor and they are always nice. The place is always clean. They are quick. Better not forget what you went in for take a list because they are definitely fast. They need to be a little more personable and not make you feel like cattle rushing in and out. But no one is ever rude
We seen Dr Tobes today & we had a new medical assistant that we have never meet before, she is honestly hands down so sweet very involved we absolutely adore her! ! She's awesome!!

Finding compassionate and competent healthcare isn’t always easy, but I had an exceptional experience at the CHRISTUS clinic ER in Athens, Texas. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely concerned about my well-being.
Not only were they knowledgeable, but they also took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me. And i had a lot of questions, lol 
Their patience and attentiveness made me feel heard and cared for, which is something we all hope for in healthcare but don’t always receive.
