Over the last 20 years I’ve tried a lot of stuff (acupuncture, massage, chiropractor) but Airrosti is the best! They are my number one go to for back pain. Dr. Rutledge is great with helping to reduce the pain, make it go away, and giving you exercises for strengthen the back. Highly recommend!
I visited Airrosti Lake Houston because I was experiencing pain on the outside of my knee. I’m a marathon runner, but interestingly, the pain only appeared while resting; during runs or other activities, I felt completely fine.
At my first evaluation, I met Stuart Rutledge, who carefully listened to my symptoms. Based on our conversation and the location and behavior of the pain, he diagnosed me with IT band syndrome, an overuse injury where the iliotibial band becomes irritated and causes pain on the outer side of the knee.

I have seen Dr. Rutledge on 5 separate occasions for various injuries (back, shoulders, hamstring). Every time I have been seen I was in extreme pain and assumed I would need surgery. After 1-2 visits I was nearly back to normal and was able to resume normal activities. Highly recommend!
