“We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Santos and his crew at Elite Exteriors! We contracted them to replace the siding and soffits, paint, and install new gutters at our home. Santos and his crew also built out a custom box for a roll-down sun shade we had customized for our back patio. All work was done on time and to our expectations, which are always lofty. Santos was attentive to every question or perceived issue along the way. If something needed to be tweaked, he did it. We weren’t nickel and dimed during the process. As a matter of fact, Santos and his crew went above and beyond to ensure the end result was perfect. It’s important to note that our project took 4 days in total, and before they left each day, they completely cleaned up their work areas! Not a lot of companies do that. If you want it done right at a fair price, we recommend you give Elite Exteriors a shot!“

“Jerry did a great job and has reasonable prices. He personally communicated with me throughout the entire process, even offering some helpful advise on another glass project I was working on myself. Would highly recommend him! Here's the repair process if you're interested:
a) I texted him some photos of the damage and rough dimensions of the opening and glass thickness
b) he texted me a written quote that evening
c) I confirmed I wanted him to do the repairs
d) he came out to the house the next day to take final measurements and collect a down payment (in order to pre-order the large sheet of glass)
e) he ordered the glass and called me when it came in from the glass company
f) he worked around my schedule and came out to install it in the afternoon
g) I paid him the balance due“

“Ernest sent JC and Adrian (I think that was his name) out to the job and they were great. It has taken me 6 months for someone to come and fix my window. It was only a single pane, first floor repair. It was like to the other companies, the small job wasn't worth the effort. I called Lonestar at 10:30 on Tues and they were out by 8:30 on Weds. The job took 20 min and looks GREAT!! I really appreciate their work and am definitely going to refer them to others. Thank you guys for the job well done.“
