A water pipe burst inside my home and flooded a portion of my flooring and walls. After calling a plumber, I called WaterEmergency team. Wade Wilson and his team came immediately. Wade systematically checked my home to determine the extent of water in each room. Fans were used for several days to insure that the floors and walls were completely dry. Wade is very professional and was able to be at my home when my insurance adjuster was here. When a pipe burst inside my home and flooded several rooms, I called Water Emergency Team. Wade Wilson and his team came immediately to remove the standing water and dry the affected floors and walls as needed. I received outstanding customer service from Wade and his team. They are real professionals. Wade kept me informed of what to expect from the start of the clean up process to the installation of new flooring. He listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my many questions along the way. I highly recommend Wade and Water Emergency Team. I can’t say enough good things about the Water Emergency team! They were prompt, professional, thorough and empathetic. They took the time to explain why they were doing what they were doing and also took the time to explain their findings. They were very transparent about what was needed, how long it would take, and how much it would cost. I would absolutely use them again. (Though, I hope I don’t have an immediate need 😬😆) Thanks, again, guys for getting to us so quickly and saving us from what could have been a HUGE water disaster.
