Service is fast. Location in Arlington in parking lot near Ross and DDs. Each time I have visited it's been fast not a lot of people which I love end and out . Quality of service is good . Vibe is friendly and accommodating.
I came to Texas in 04, I've been going to Top Line nails since, I've moved all over Arlington and now to Mansfield; I still go to topline, every 3 wks, (they're thst awesome) Tommy, MY nail guy and my whole family's..... Thuy: awesome, Lisa : great too, and it's quite refreshing to know, the prices don't fluctuate....
