About Texas Coalition for Animal Protection
The Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing affordable and compassionate animal care in North Texas. Established in 2002, TCAP is known for its skilled veterinary team, which has spayed/neutered over 540,000 animals and vaccinated over 1 million against rabies. Visitors often praise the kind and helpful staff, even in case of misunderstandings, as well as the well-organized functioning of the facility. Customers appreciate the professional and friendly approach, with the manager and employees always striving to make the experience as stress-free as possible, especially for those participating in trap-neuter-return (TNR) programs. The TCAP team is commended for their dedication and wonderful work in animal care, offering affordable preventative services such as $5 rabies vaccines. While wait times can be up to 2 hours, many customers find the experience worth it and plan to return for their pets' future needs.
I had one feral cat show up and leave 6 babies. I hadn’t had a cat in 30 years. So grateful this place exists (we need a location in Waxahachie). I happily drive the hour! I’m halfway through sterilizing them but so far customer service is amazing, checking in and out is also smooth and the line moves. You can’t find it cheaper! Everyone is very nice! So very blessed to have this option.
Everyone was very busy, but took the time to make our kitty and us feel important. I already have a neuter appointment set for another kitty. Thank you for your work, Arlington office!
Caring , fast and efficient. Both times I’ve been in for vaccinations and neuter they were so nice and helpful I will continue to take my pets here! And please help them by donating when you go! They are awesome
