Would never recommend this location, terrible customer service and the location is extremely dirty including: baseboards throughout the office were covered in dust, debris all over carpet, odor throughout office like dirty feet which normally is a sign of dirty carpet. Poor service and communication from the team which is the reason I stood up and walked out of the appointment. It seems as if there is no passion or culture in this building. Being friendly and providing a clean atmosphere for both your associates and customers is key today. You definitely lost a customer today.

I have being going to Dr royal for several years now and she has been very helpful each time that I've been there. They are a little bit pricey compared to a Walmart doctor but it's only once a year so it's not too bad. I've never had issues with the staff and everyone has been friendly. I think the negative reviews are from the "Karen's" of the world that will never be placed no matter what.
