Let me start off by saying that I’m a first time home owner so going through this process is completely out of my element but this is by far the best decision that I could’ve made to go with this company for a second inspection ... Since I’m a single mother and a business owner I am very big on timing and staying on schedule. My inspector showed up on time ready to work. After only 20 minutes of inspecting my home he instructed me that I would need to get my AC service ASAP! So he actually called an AC person for me so I can move forward or find something that I could do in the meantime till I was able to get someone out to fix the AC . His expertise advise couldn’t have been more accurate because not even 48hr later my main AC drain line clogged which caused my main drain line to clog which also caused the water to make the ceiling in my daughters bathroom to collapse.. • • If I would’ve never gotten this inspection I would’ve not known where to start when my ceiling collapse or who to call ... This inspection saved me so much money , time , and heart ach because I knew what was the cause of the issue. • • I purchased my home just shy of 2 years ago pre-Covid and the first inspector I went with was a well-known company and they did NOT do nearly as much as Straight 4ward Inspections at a fraction of the price. Not only was my inspection very thorough, accurate and left me feeling more knowledgeable, it also gave me Peace about what exactly going on in my home and reasons to my whys.My inspection was also done in a timely manner and very reasonably priced. I actually received more than what I paid for.
