My first visit to the DeSoto, TX location was an okay experience. Great customer service but different from what I’m accustomed to such as virtual exam vs an in person Optometrist . My first prescription (virtually) was a bit off so I returned to the N. Arlington, TX for an in person recheck and it happened to be the same doc so he corrected with no problem. The Eye Lab new brand/Many locations/few rotating docs so plan accordingly if you prefer an in person exam. Great frame selection and prices too!

I brought in a pair of glasses that I purchased elsewhere. They needed some adjustment to sit more comfortably. The wonderful staff at Stanton adjusted them for me at no charge. I DEFINITELY know where I’ll be buying my next pair of glasses! Thank you for the terrific service!
