Would give zero if I could! Hear me out.....I have worked with this company for a VERY long time (20 plus years) and when it was managed by David Kimmel and his team, things were fine! But last year, the management was taken over by corporate, and they are the shadiest bunch of people I have ever worked with. 6 different account reps in less than one year, and the one I have now refuses to return a call or email....yet he demands a response from me when he needs something. Twice recently, they have shipped out dirty and broken materials to my clients' events, issued incorrect invoices, falsified charges, and then is taking 9 months to correct invoices and refusing... read full review
