I was notified by my new homeowners Insurance that the underwriters would not be able to insure us because of our old roof. It needed to be replaced. I went to Angie’s list and was referred to Platform Roofing. Their Associate Ryan contacted me and we agreed upon him coming by later that day. Ryan presented the information about the installation process and the quality of the composite shingles (Lifetime warranty (50 years)). In a word… outstanding!! Ryan negotiated with my insurance company to get me the best settlement possible and then he and his crew set to work putting on my new roof and installing the new gutters. Everything came out so much better than I expected. Kinda makes me wish I had more than one roof that needed work.
Mr Ryan is not only kind and generous, but he is professional and dependable as well. He took the time to go over and explain each process and made sure all the paperwork was in order for Insurance. He was very good with communication, and kept me well informed during the whole process.
His crew came out did a wonderful job and were very respectful and considerate. They even painted my A frame on my roof so my daughter or I would not have to get up there.
I was also very appreciative of Mr Ryan as he went out of his way to make an extra trip to pick up a check from me because I did not feel comfortable using Venmo or Zelle. These guys are truly the best!
