“I saw Dr Bortnick for PT related to a neck surgery. We went through many exercises and homework to restore neck muscles. She was very thorough in our interview process asking all kinds of questions. Because of interview process she was able to also identify two other areas I could benefit from some treatment. One was working with my vestibular system to restore balance and reduces dizziness. Again she did testing and a very thorough interview about my history related to my vestibular system. Again she gave me homework to strengthen my vestibular system. Second she introduced me to Nasal Release Technic. Although a little uncomfortable during the procedure the end result greatly increased my ability to breath wide open. I had this procedure done 3 times, each time the end result was I felt my sinuses wide open felt great! I would highly recommend the procedure!
