This place is the best. Without the doggie daycare, our relocation would've been more difficult. They take such good care of our dog while she's there. I love the fact there's a vet clinic on site. We've never had a problem with staff or cleanliness. If there's ever a line, it's not because the team is sitting around doing nothing. They really care about the dogs and cats there. Great place to be.
I personally have not had any issues with this location. I lived in Arlington for over 20 years, and this location is always the main Petsmart I would come to. Like any Petsmart locations, I love their very wide variety of toys, leashes, dog clothes, and treats. Petsmart is typically my go to for things like that... I have been bringing my dogs here specifically for grooming since about 2013; however, I will say that in the last 4 to 6 months, their grooming department must have changed. My dog is beginning to show a LOT more stress after I pick him up from grooming. Like to the point that the moment he comes out, he is bolting towards me and rushing the groomer out. He didn't used to display this much anxiety when I dropped him off. So I am unsure what all goes on back there while they put dogs in their kennel rooms in between grooms, but my dog isn't liking it.... In terms of actual grooming, they have never messed my dog up or anything. He is a Golden Retriever, and his fur always looks beautiful and well brushed after I pick him up. I have never requested a cut of anything like that... so I don't know. But, in regards to him being bathed and shampooed, and having his nails trimmed, everything is well done every time! Total review in my eyes is about 4 or 4.5 stars for now.
