Norman was a pleasure to work with. He was thorough and professional. He gave great advice for some of the minor issues throughout the house. He told us what fixes should be prioritized. At the end of the inspection, he gave us a full rundown with pictures and quickly followed up with a report of his inspection.I would 100% recommend Norman and Peak Property Inspections.

I am going to highly recommend Peak Property Inspections as Norman is not only pleasant and easy to talk with, but also very detailed, knowledgeable, and honest...basically a very experienced inspector that knows his business. Also, he will work with your schedule such as in my case...I needed a next day home inspection for a property I am purchasing, and Norman was able to provide his services the very next day, and best of all for a great price when compared to most others. Norman took many very great pics along with detailed notes, and went over each and every observation with me once he was done with the inspection. I flew in from out of town and called Norman on a Sunday afternoon. Luckily he was available to work the next morning. He was very thorough and spent about 6 hours inspecting a very unique home. He has a great depth of knowledge and produces an excellent and very detailed report.
