This was my first time at this facility. Everyone was very nice and professional. The hairdresser was knowledgeable and did exactly what I asked. I received a great haircut for a great price. Looking forward to going back soon.

I recently visited for a perm appointment, and while the experience started off a bit confusing, it ended on a very positive note. When I arrived, the front desk staff directed me to the barber school, which caught me off guard. Once there, Sofia—a very friendly and helpful staff member—was surprised I had been sent over and took the time to double-check my appointment. She then redirected me back after confirming that two students could take care of my service.
Although the beginning felt a bit disorganized (I was originally assigned to someone named Savannah, which wasn’t clearly communicated), the situation was quickly resolved.
