I wanted to leave a review for this location after my interaction with a young woman named Bella today. She was incredibly kind, and my experience with her was genuinely pleasant from start to finish. She provides such compassionate service and truly seems to care about every customer who walks in. Although she’s young, she carries herself with great integrity and character—and she’s also an excellent salesperson. I absolutely love my new tanning lotion! Bella truly deserves to be recognized for the exceptional service she provides.
I have been coming to the Lincoln Square Palm Beach Tan for several years and the Management is the best it’s ever been. Courtney even before she was the Manager has been the most efficient, knowledgeable and friendliest person I have encountered over the years. You need a Courtney managing every location.
Normally I tan in Dallas but decided to stop here on my way home. Maddie and the two other ladies up front were so sweet and extremely helpful with my questions. Seriously nicest staff I’ve met at a PBT. Super clean rooms and beds were great!
