First time home builders and this process was great. We had some what of a remote build and nobody wanted to build for us. A coworker put us in touch with Debbie and the rest is history. She was great walking us through all of the processes and always very responsive. The subs were really nice and easy to work with too. Highly recommend OBN for you build whatever it maybe. Very knowledgeable and and lots of experience!

We have had the pleasure of working with Debbie Manning from Owner Builder Network on our duplex build. The investment property was a bit daunting being we own another busy company, have 4 children and no extra bandwidth to be GCs! We couldn’t be more thrilled with the results!
