I decided to make a change with No Limits Cosmetics and I have no regrets. Eyes & brows done and I booked an appointment to get my lips tinted. I would like to also share that it was pretty much painless. I think him plucking my eyebrows was probably the most painfulest part. He, did a great job numbing me up. Thank you Moses you did a wonderful job.
