Initially, I had apt. for maintenance yearly service. That's when I met Jay.... my husband was at work, so I was a bit nervous about this day. However, Jay came and immediately I was comfortable with this visit. Jay walked me through the entire process of each unit, inside and outdoors and he thoroughly explained the issues that was occurring with two of the units. I completely understood everything and knew that these issues needed to be addressed.

Chris was very informative on explaining current issues and knowledgeable with current systems and regulations. I liked that he was able to give multiple options on HVAC replacement and did not try to BS on what I should get. Last he was able to give me an exact day and time would be here and as well as getting a new system replaced.
