Although the company has always addressed the issue promptly, one representative questioned the customer's decision to call before a problem occurred. However, another representative, Colin, received high praise for his politeness and pleasant demeanor. The customer was impressed by Colin's professionalism and appreciated that he did not try to upsell unnecessary services. Another customer required a sewer drain clean out for a rental property, after experiencing a backup in the bathtub and laundry room. Our outside drain line always has a problem. Every year, usually between Thanksgiving and Christmas, and almost always at night. Bad weather is always a plus. I don't know where the roots come from, but this line is an annual pain. One year I thought I would be pre-emptive and call before there was a problem. Instead of being appreciative, that guy questioned why I'd call before there was a problem. I mean, he ended up clearing the roots, but I didn't need a lecture. Let's address today. Colin was the tech that called and came out. You'd be hard pressed to find a nicer, more polite young man. I retired from law enforcement, so I may have a jaded lens through which I view the world. But young men like Colin will go a long way in restoring my faith in humanity. He found a clog about where I told him it would be. But frankly, it was simply a joy to meet someone this pleasant. These folks are nice and the prices are pretty reasonable. I was certainly expecting worse. And he didn't try to upsell a lot of nonsense like a guy from a company named after a founding father of our country once did. If you've got toilets not flushing, these folks will brighten your day. Or maybe night.
So I needed a Sewer Drain clean out. I had a backup that was backing up in the bathtub and in the laundry room in one of my rental properties. They come highly recommended to me from The Property Center a property management company. Icommend this drain cleanup plumbing company. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to quality service make them a cut above the rest. If you find yourself dealing with a troublesome drain, don't hesitate to call them. The whole drain system of my house came to a stoppage on Saturday 4pm. I called 2 plumbing services and they did not have an open spot until Sunday and the other I was placed on a 4 hour wait list. I decided to call Metro Rooter and they answered within one ring. They said they will have someone out to my house within one hour. Joe arrived and assess the situation. He started with the back clean out and within 15 mins he new the stoppage was upfront. He went to the front clean out and within 10 mins the line was cleared. The price that was quoted to me over the phone was the price I paid. Too many services out there will tack on additional fees or try to sell you a membership....read full review
