I highly recommend Master Eye Associates. Our daughter Maddy, needed an eye exam in order to get a new pair of glasses. The entire staff was more than happy to us. The front desk nurses were very helpful, polite and caring to our needs. They even offered stickers to both of our kids. As we proceeded through the office to the exam, the next nurse was very patient with our eight year old during the optical exam. The staff there were exceptionally friendly and made the entire experience feel very welcoming. They patiently addressed all of my inquiries, ensuring I felt completely informed. The front staff were happy to take me in as a walk-in on 12/31 (day vision insurance expires for the year) w/ an hour wait time and option to complete intake paperwork from my phone so I didn’t have to sit idly in the waiting room. They were very upbeat! The office was also very clean, which was a good sign in such a high traffic location.
When I returned for my appt., even though there were others that had arrived since, they quickly got me back and the girls handling the eye scan/evaluation process were also very friendly.
