I would like to share my experience at LOVELY NAIL SALON...My husband and me was in Texas visiting for the 1st time ⏲️...I can truly say they not only did an excellent job on my Pedicure and Manicure...As my Husband and I was sitting side by side with our feet was massaging my husband passed out...All the employees and customers came together in UNITY to help him...As I was talking to my husband the entire workers was bringing wet towels and water ? to put on him...the young lady in a wheelchair ♿️ called the ambulance ?...one young lady was Praying...one of the employees went out to direct the ambulance...I'm so grateful how everyone at the LOVELY NAIL SALON... read full review

So I'm gonna be real!! I only get my feet done like twice a year so they are trash by the time I get them done again. The sweet lady that did my feet was patient with me she did not make me feel bad about how bad my feet were not at all!!!! I'm usually very anxious and nervous when I go to get my feet done and this was a totally different experience!!!! I will definitely be going back 100%. Very accommodating staff and I genuinely appreciate that!!

The staff at this location are very kind and so care about the customer. I went with an appointment and was seen quickly. I truly appreciate the service. I must admit I have been spoiled with the salons in north dallas that provide cool beverages and more modern facility but the staff quality is not the same from the perspective of customer service. If your looking for quality service without the high end experience this is your place. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is a staff member cut my toe during a pedicure accidentally. She was a very kind older lady and even though I was injured I appreciated her kindness.
