I had a disappointing experience getting my haircut here and, unfortunately, would not recommend it. The stylist used a blazer to cut hair with an outdated technique that seemed rough on my hair, leading to some damage. After spending years growing out my hair, I was hoping for a layered look similar to the style in my reference picture (bottom right in the attached photos), but the result (shown in the top photos) was far from what I requested. If you’re looking for a modern cut with careful attention to detail, you might want to consider other options. Save your time and money!

Jessica and her staff has always been so kind and generous towards me every time I visit for a haircut, which is typically every other week or so. In my experience, the store owner and team members have been extremely flexible in terms of scheduling as I usually commute from north Dallas. Honestly, this review has been long overdue as I have come to Jessica’s for a little over 3 years now. I hope to continue to support Jessica’s business as she is, in my opinion, the best in the DFW area.

Went in for a pedicure because of the close proximity. Very pleasant staff and very well with attention to detail. Very attentive to getting it done right the first tinge and catering to the customer. Chi was very pleasant to speak and was the technician who took care of me and I'll be coming back for her skills.
