I booked online for the basic haircut, nothing extra. Now my hair looks great and I’m so happy with it but on their website it says it’s $25 and I paid $55. I didn’t ask for anything extra, just a cut and what was included in the cutting service. I’m very disappointed at the false advertising, I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you want to be upcharged without your knowledge

Had a wonderful experience! The staff are so kind and welcoming I wasn’t feeling great all day but they helped me feel like a million bucks when I walked out and I’ve never seen or felt my hair so shiny and healthy!!! Absolutely loved it!!! Definitely deserves ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So I took my daughter and myself yesterday on a Friday there was only one person in the whole store on a Friday she could not see without her glasses could not find her brush was very unorganized she did not listen to my daughter when my daughter said she wanted layers she did a complete straight boxed cut and very uneven I do not know the hair stylist name. She was nice but the listening was not there and I feel sorry for her for the fact that she was there by herself with no one else there on a Friday. I feel for what I paid that I should have gotten better service a better cut same as my daughter she should have gotten better service and a better cut. Fantastic sams...read full review
