I have been going to this nail salon for about 8 years. I have had very very mixed results but have overall loved it. A few times they cut me but I mean for 8 years that’s to be expected. The one thing that always bothered me was their removal. Even when I have asked for a soak off, they have always popped them off with a nail tip and that hurts. It wasn’t until I went to a new independent nail tech that I realized there nails aren’t very good and there process is not normal. They use illegal products that are gummy and unregulated, never get my pinky nail straight, and don’t do nail prep at all which causes them to break off within 2 weeks. Don’t let andy do your toes… was sooo rough literally yanking my feet to the point where my ankles were popping. I asked for a file shape up instead of a low cut down and he had such an attitude.
I didn’t feel comfortable even letting him continue my feet because he was hurting me sooooo bad. I’ve gone here a lot and have never experienced this. Would have given more stars if not for him.
Staff is really nice and attentive. I got a pedicure and a mani (I felt like royalty) they did both at the same time so service was quick though it didn't seem rushed like other places. They take their time in doing their service right. They gave me complimentary drinks and the ambience is always great. I really recommend. If you come in a group or with family they always sit you next to each other too.
