We cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Santos and his crew at Elite Exteriors! We contracted them to replace the siding and soffits, paint, and install new gutters at our home. Santos and his crew also built out a custom box for a roll-down sun shade we had customized for our back patio. All work was done on time and to our expectations, which are always lofty. I was so impressed by Elite’s reviews and Santos’ pride in the Medina’s company receiving an award from the James Hardie CEO, I had them replace my 1980 rotting siding with Hardie Select Cedarmill without even signing the contract. Jose and the craftsman crew worked their magic in May and now my home’s exterior looks great(unlike the yard). They utilize an efficient, team approach. That first day, they hustled to get the old siding off and Tyvek wrap on before the afternoon rain arrived. Elite Exteriors is more than a name. It’s what you’ll have once they’ve finished your house. The Medina brothers and their team completely replaced all of the siding on my house, added front porch columns, repaired windows, and painted everything but the brick in 5 days. They were professional in both their client interactions and the performance of their work. I could not have pictured a better result and would recommend Elite Exteriors to anyone who needs to refresh their home’s exterior
